  • 3–7 business days for cross-border or international inventory

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

9. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Packaging photos
  • Order number

We will assist with replacement or refund processing.

Lost Packages

If tracking hasn't updated for 10–15 business days, we will coordinate with the courier to investigate.

Missing Items

Some items may arrive separately. If something is missing, check if it's marked "Shipped Separately."

If still missing, contact us and we will resolve it.

10. Change of Address

If you need to update your address:
